Submissions Open NOW

Submissions are open now! W&E Conference submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.

The conference is open to educators, psychologists, counselors, health services providers, wellness providers/coaches, community partners and organizations, students, and members of the public. All general attendees and presenters must be registered for the event. Additional sponsorship is permitted but cannot replace registration. 

Submission Guidelines

All conference submissions should be free of grammatical errors and align with APA 7th edition citations formatting. Follow the format below when submitting. Documents should be submitted in an editable format for conference personnel to remove identifying information prior to juried review.

All submissions will be blind reviewed, and the Decision Contact will be informed of the submission decision. It is the responsibility of the Decision Contact to inform other author(s).

Lecture Seminar: Experts present their work in a lecture format, leaving some time for Q & A

Workshop: Experts present their work in an interactive format or training type modality

Professional Development: Experts present their work related specifically to professional development and/or the workplace

Lightening Talk: Presenters discuss their work in a shortened (15-minute) session.

Note: Facility is set up for large or small lecture/workshop and does not have projection capability. Given the small size of the conference, we prefer this to be a more personal presentation style (no PowerPoints or other electronic visuals are available), though handouts with or without QR codes are welcomed and encouraged.
